3D Negotiation, Creating value throught negotiation
I first heard about David Lax' 3D Negotiation book on the November 2nd edition of Harvard Business School IdeaCast I thought it was very interesting. Then I also read the interview in managementconsultingnews.com I started thinking about it again and realized how valuable it is to keep all these concepts in your mind when dealing with other departments, vendors, customers and even inside your own team. This is one key "soft skill" in business intelligence business please take some time to listen to the podcast or read the interview online. Both are very interesting resources.
